This course will take you through my 6 Week Self Development Course. You receive weekly PDF's and video's on 6 topics over the course of 6 weeks. You also get weekly "homework" and tasks to help you implement these topics into your life and make them habits! This course does not include 1-1 coaching.
The course is broken down into:
Week 1: Establishing an effective and productive morning routine
Week 2: Identifying your values and beliefs
Week 3: Manifesting/Meditating/Affirmations
Week 4: Identifying & eliminating limiting beliefs and re-wiring negative thought loops.
Week 5: Evolve your relationship with food & fitness.
Week 6: Review, Evaluate, & Apply.
Workouts: At-home, Bands-Only, & Gym based workouts

My goal is to help you feel more confident, comfortable, and happy in your body as well as help you feel more free around food!
